Called around for over an hour looking for a mechanic that could replace a harmonic balancer with a part I supplied while still being fair in price. Honest 1 helped me out big time by letting me come in early to get my car up and running because I desperately needed my car to travel that afternoon. They got the job done in great time and for a great price. I highly recommend them.

At Honest 1 I paid for what was the problem with my vehicle and no extra stuff that other repair shops try to stick on you. The price of my repair was reasonable for me and a detailed explanation of what was wrong was shown to me.

Clean, organized, did what was needed.

My engine light went on at 5:08pm , googles car mechanic and I happened to be looking straight at them in the parking lot I desperately stopped in. They would close in 48mins and I was headed home 100 miles away and they said “ give me a minute and I will see if it’s an urgent problem.” Well, I was out of there in 45mins with a new spark plug (and a test drive) at a good price. Thanks you guys!! Oh bonus! this place is super clean, great bathroom, and a living room for a waiting area with kid area and Sonic next door. What could be better!

Always great service

Brought my own oil and filter, just needed the labor and oil desposed. Told me it would be a 45-minute wait...it's now been 2 hours and the guy just told me they are beginning to drain the oil.
