Brian and his team are spot on the customer service has been top notch since the first time i went i have been using them now for about 2 year's. They take customer service to a new level and and then turn it up even more. Tyler is always friendly as well . all ofcthe mechanics know what they are doing and go over what is going on with your vehicle as well. They really do go above and beyond my expectations for a automotive repair facility! Thanks Brian anf Tyler for the grwat experiences I have jad with you.

Did a great job as usual. Took a bit longer to get my oil changed though. Only thing that is not great is you have to ask for them to check all fluids at the time of oil change instead of automatically doing it and adding if needed. Not as personable as the first few times I had been

this is the only place we take our 4 vehicles to and every time we get repairs done they do an excellent job. Owner and his workers are all great people. thank you for taking care of us.

I have been using this shop for a couple of years now. Every time I come in they are friendly and and like name say honest. Taylor is always great to talk to and explains the problem in detail to make sure you understand what is wrong and the long term effcts it could have not taken care of. On one occasion my repairs were going to take a while and Brian the owner took me home. That night my son had a football game and I could not ge there and get the car on time and be at the game too.He brought me my car to the school that he was playing at and dropped it off. If you need repairs this is the place to go!

I just purchased a used car that I had the purchase contingent on my Mechanic checking it out. I took it to Honest1 Auto Care and they did an extensive testing of this car. They explained everything I needed to know. They even took the time to check the Kelly Blue Book value and run a Mechanical Car Fax on it. It was the best decision to bring this car to them. They are great to deal with. Taylor, Brian and Michelle are some of the most down to earth, kind, courteous folk you will ever meet.

I had two major repairs done and the estimates were accurate. The work was done on time. As a woman I am glad I found a garage I can trust that won't try to sell me unneeded repairs and was fair on their pricing. Taylor was great to work with. Also the restroom, waiting room and children's play area were nice and clean.

I have finally found an auto repair facility that I feel comfortable taking my truck to. They do a fantastic job.
