My experience at Honest-1 auto care was awesome. Taylor was very helpful and knowledgable with the whole experience and explaining everything to me, he was so nice and caring. I enjoyed the free snacks and beverages and watching TV. Everyone working there was nice and I just really liked everything

Great place to get car worked on. I stopped in for oil change with baby. The lobby had a play area and bathroom had changing table and diapers and wipes. I was very impressed and will certainly be back. Back again with a problem and they were able to find and fix! Very happy with the service here!

After 2 return trips to my ford dealer, who earlier had me in for a recall to reprogram the computer, they seemed disinterested in finding the new problem -- Rattling on acceleration. A further trip to a local mechanic and after 3 days they did not get to it. Finally the F-150 Truck began choking when the accelerator was depressed (never stopped completely). Towed it to Honest1 and they found the problem in an hour! The computer thought I had put E85 in the gas tank!!!! they changed the program to show regular Gas and the truck was like new!!!!!!! Cannot thank them enough!!!!! I fought this for over 2 months! Thank You Honest1 !!!!!!!!

I brought my father's car (95 Camry) for oil leak inspection and fix. They replaced gasket and even washed my Dad's car - he was so happy with the awesome job these guys did. There's a reason this business is consistently getting 5 star reviews. Competitive pricing, very clean facility, friendly and professional staff, and outstanding customer service.

My car started overheating on my way to work during a very rainy day (Tropical Storm Imelda). I got seen right away and was even given a ride home while they worked on my car. My car was fixed within 3-4 hours from when I walked in their door. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend these people and business.

After going to 3 mechanics and each telling me there was no problem with my vehicle, Honest-1 personnel were so attentive and thorough. they explained and corrected the problem with the vehicle.
