I tried giving them another chance because Taylor is really nice and the place is super clean, but you will not save any money here. You’re paying what you’ll pay at the dealership. Joe will cause you to look elsewhere, quickly. He quoted me $700 for a brake job! Seriously! Only if you need to replace everything and I can go to my dealership for that price.

Nally, I am sorry to hear that you feel the figures that you had asked for seemed high to you. I appreciate your feedback and we always take our customers advice into consideration. After reading your review, I listened to the phone call between you and Joe and am a little bit confused. He gave you a high and low number for a brake job on both front and rear axles and a brake flush on a BMW. He did explain that with out a technician seeing the vehicle to take the required measurements on you brake pads and rotors that we would not be able to give an exact estimate, but somewhere between $400 - $700 based on the condition of the vehicle when we see it. They found the problem which was strange but not costly to repair. Did not try and sell me repairs not necessary.

Great customer service, nice clean place. Coffee and snacks, convenient location ( near restaurants and walking distance to other places).

I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. The tech who checked me in was friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They offered refreshments while I waited for the oil to be changed on my car. The service was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised. I will go back to have my other cars serviced.

This is my second time Honest has fixed a vehicle for me. First was a few years ago had an older Chevy Tahoe and so many issues they went above and beyond to get it fixed so I could attend family funeral. They literally stayed after hours so I can have use of that vehicle. Great team of guys & gave a courtesy pick up and drop off every time. This time no different took it in I thought it had one issues (was certain of it)they never took advantage they told me what the real issue was and fixed it. Didn’t try to take money for what I thought it was and the real. Yes I’ve had others do that. Thanks for so far 2 out 2 A plus service.

Very good service, changed water pump and charged just over a grand but did not replace thermostat?? I believe the cost was extremely high!! But did tell me before they did the work. Got hosed for convenience on Christmas!! I think when mechanics change water pump they typically change thermostat. Maybe that’s changed too.. idk. But just feel repair costs were very high.
