I had issues with my AC, they kept me in the loop with every process that they were doing. My car was a complicated issue that unfortunately was not able to be resolved with them. They could of easily charged me for the hours of them searching for the issue, testing, ordering parts to see if it was as sensory issue, re testing, etc. They didn’t! They were extremely honest with me and in the end, helped me financially with what they charged me. They gave me detailed notes with the tests they ran and the results of them so that I could take it to the dealership. They didn’t price gouge me by just randomly testing different things until something worked. I appreciate them for how they handled the situation and I will ensure they have my business. Thank you.
