I went in there today and they took good care of me and my car I truly recommend these guys the staff is awesome and amazing they even worked with me on my price I’ll be back anytime I need something done to my car

This is a long overdue review but years ago I went to get my car inspected down the road and they failed me for having what I believe was the OBD connector hanging down a bit but they still charged and failed me. Luckily I came down to Honest Auto and explained my situation and they were surprised I failed for something so minor. They put the connector back in place and passed me and ended up not even charging me! Act of kindness aside, they really seemed like good, genuine people. Not the kind of people at most auto shops that try to take advantage of a trusting woman. The bonus was that the waiting area was spacious, clean and filled with snacks and water. I can’t attest to any other work as my man takes care of most car things for me but years later, that connector is still intact ;) Don’t hesitate to give these people your business!

was told to go to these guys with a recurring issue I was having with my AC and have to say I am very glad I did! Another shop always wanted to do the most expensive fixes with no rhyme or reason and couldn't tell me if it would even work. Honest 1 looked over the unit and found a big glaring issue and even the main culprit of the AC just not working. the best part was the part they needed was only at a dealer and they wanted to get my truck back to me by the end of the day and went ahead and pre-ordered the part to get there. then called me to give me an update and we moved forward with the fix which did not cost me my first born haha. It was a little thing but I appreciated the insight to order the part early and have my truck back asap. Thanks to this great team and look forward to using you all in the future!

I recently had my car serviced, and I had the pleasure of working with Anthony as my auto repair service advisor. Anthony was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He and his team took the time to inspect my vehicle due to some engine lights. I left with a good report card without being sold any unnecessary repairs. His professionalism and expertise were evident, making the whole experience stress-free and straightforward. I truly appreciate the level of care and honesty Anthony demonstrated, which is often hard to find in the auto repair industry. My car is running perfectly, and I will definitely return for future services. Highly recommended!
