The problem was solved by changing the battery, and my car was returned to me the next day. They had to wait for BMW to ship the battery. In addition, they were upfront about the cost.

This is the second visit. I was impressed the first time and again this time. Sent text with suggested repairs after inspection which gave me time to think about it. Prices were in line with what I expected and delivered as promised. Only wish they would vacuum before delivery as added service 😊
