friendly and honest... I'll do it again

I hardly ever leave reviews of places. But I’m having a hard time thinking of one thing that was even sub-par about Honest-1. They even stayed open a little past hours for me because I got off of work late to get my vehicle. They’re kind, professional, and honest about their work. Great job all around.

I experienced first hand the "honest" part in Honest-1's name today. I met with Brian and explained the problem I was having with my car, what I had done to fix it, and what he felt was the best course of action. He could have easily taken my car in and charged me a couple of hundred dollars to "diagnose and fix" what I had already done. Instead he told me what I had done was probably the right thing to do. Brian cleared my engine code and told me to just watch it for a few days and bring it back if the engine light and problem reappeared. Wow! I have never left an auto repair place without leaving with some kind of dent in my wallet! Do you think I'll be back next time I have car trouble? Thanks Brian and H1!

I’ve used them on my old Camry, and since I’ve upgraded I haven’t had the need. But I sure have made sure my family and friends go there. Because I know they will get A1 honest information. Great professional, courteous, friendly group. And that’s just the staff; the waiting room and restroom are kept impeccablly clean.

Anthony was very courteous and professional . He is working with me solve my issue instead of trying just to sell parts. Honest individual ,been a client here for years. Highly recommend these guys for fair and honest work.

Everyone at Honest 1 are polite and helpful. If you are in Copperfield give them a chance. They have done many services over the years and I’ve never been disappointed.
