My car had the Check Engine on and was making a loud noise, they fixed it for me and helped me by contacting my extended warranty provider to make sure most of the repair costs went through. My experience with the team at Honesty 1 has always been a great one, and this time was no different! I had been going to them for 2 or more years previously and had at some point gotten a new car which I had been taking that one to the dealership. I recently had my 2010 Camaro engine rebuilt and had some AC issues. I took it to Honesty 1 as I did for the years I had it and received the same great customer service. I am always told exactly what is going on and even if there is speculation of something else that could become an issue I am never kept in the dark about anything! I greatly appreciate that! Brian and Anthony are wonderful and most certainly Honest! Thank you both!

Best mechanic that I have found in Copperfield! Expedient repair and I was not gouged for unnecessary services.

Been a customer for 5 + years. Appreciate their no-nonsense, cut-to chase attitude. If something is wrong, they'll tell you without upselling. The shuttle feature is nice to know they provide but I haven't used it personally so cannot attest to it. Restroom and mini snack bar are nice and clean Child play area is another good feature. Open windows to shop bay is great so you can observe progress.
