I have been using Honest 1 Auto Care for all my vehicle(s) repair and maintenance needs since relocating to Houston in 2019 and have always received great service at an affordable price. They have a fine team of professionals who work to a high standard and offer an all round professional and efficient repair shop experience. Highly recommend giving them a try when you next need help with your car or truck.

Check engine light on. Had to wait 3 days for open appt. Diagnosed as coolant issue. Had to figure out how to get hood open, latch disconnected. Labor charge seemed a bit steep but they fixed it for me.

Took my Honda Accord in for routine 90k mile maintenance. Price was reasonable but the front desk receptionist/service writer was incredibly friendly and cheerful, even for a Monday morning!

My experience has always been a good one. Recently used my dealership for oil change and Honest-1 found that they had not tightened the oil plug and it was leaking! Thanks again, won’t be using dealership again! Only Honest-1

I've had some bad experiences with mechanics(especially PEP BOYS 🗑)and because of it often did my best to avoid them. But when faced with inevitable and unavoidable repairs, I was referred to Honest 1 by a friend... and im beyond thankful I was. Not only are they Honorable, Trustworthy, and Knowledgeable... but also very kind and personable. They give great detailed information and explain things in a way thats practical and understandable for people like me who are not all that car-savy. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other places out there(better than many)... but knowing you have mechanics that you can TRUST to do whats needed and do it right is absolutely priceless.
