The GOOD: Polite employees, clean wait area, available snacks and proximity to home The BAD: Better communication on service and costs. Usually a service employee will come out to discuss costs if it’s above the advertised price. I had a coupon for $off. However, I was not informed of any “additional” costs until after services were performed and it was time to pay, which basically erased the coupon. When I questioned the extra charges, the front service employee explanation didn’t match the detailed receipt. When I asked again, I was told it’s on the receipt. CUSTOMER BEWARE, ask for a printed breakdown of costs before service is started so you don’t have sticker shock.
