These guys really live up to their name, it's nice to go into a mechanic shop and not be told I need a ton of work I know my car doesn't need. They really are honest and very efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to and would recommend them to anyone.

They absolutely live up to their name! I’ve received my car back without any charges when I ‘thought’ something could be wrong or heard a random noise they couldn’t duplicate. They are only interested is taking care of what’s actually wrong and I’m forever grateful for all their assistance over the years. They’re reasonably priced, thorough, have a seasoned staff and a family feel. They’ll squeeze you in for an emergency and are flexible with scheduling.

10 stars!!! Google only lets me do 5! But they deserve triple that! They are so amazing! And true to their name. They are HONEST. I have been taken advantage of so many times in my 27 years of life with business transactions, especially car related. So I thank God that my Uncle sent me here. Even when I move back to my side of town, I will drive the hour to get their amazing customer service. Dana is so amazing! She has been super straightforward with me, she is helping me think through a maintenance plan that will work with my budget, and she laughs at all of my corny jokes 🤓. Anthony (a.k.a Not Anthony) is awesome as well. He is straightforward with business, but still has a great sense of humor. The mechanics truly do great work. I only caught the name of Mase, but they are awesome. The care they show is obvious, because I could tell they were already analyzing my potential maintenance issues just from me casually putting them out there. There’s free WiFi, a kids play area, and complimentary snacks and drinks. But don’t get too comfortable waiting because they will be done before you know it! When I leave long reviews, it’s because the business is truly special. I am sure all Honest 1 locations are great, but I will go out of my way to come here.
