Wow this place is very amazing for the first time ever I've actually felt valued and comfortable with my car repair experience they don't treat you like just some other dollar sign that comes in waiting to be processed for their shop. This place beats going to Pep Boys Goodyear Firestone NTB you name it I recommend this place

What an awesome experience!!! Before I even opened my car door, Steve was outside welcoming me in. Darius went on a drive so I could point out the problem and was very knowledgeable right off the back. After the service was performed it was refreshing for Taylor to go over the health of my car and say its in great shape. I've NEVER had a mechanic shop come back with a good report.... there's always something. It's true...honest with integrity and great customer service is what you'll get.

Honest1 is a great place to have your vehicle services cared for. I had some phantom engine troubles that were intermittent but would set off my check engine light, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, efficient and completed the repairs before their estimated time. Pricing was fair and below the other two quotes i had done. My truck runs better than when i bought it! Thanks Steve!

The staff was so friendly and swet, I really appreciated the open shop policy because I was able to understand exactly what was wrong with my car even though I don't know much about cars.

I found the services at Honest 1 to be outstanding. Steve and his guys really impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. I had been going to the same service center in Katy for the past five years and the service there was no where near the level I received at Honest 1. I intend to have all of my service work for all of my vehicles done there in the future. Being an old shade tree mechanic myself i know how a vehicle works and everything these guys told me was right on the money. It's refreshing to find a service provider that really is looking out for your best interest and not how much money the can squeeze out of you. These guys rock.

Great service. Didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. Friendly and knowledgeable. Love the Saturday hours. Love the free tire rotating. Gave me an estimate for service with the next oil change. Good to know what I'll be paying up front. No surprises.

Stopped in after receiving a coupon in the mail thinking another typical auto shop. Pleasantly surprised to be wrong. this place is anything but typical. Nice clean atomsphere, very knowledgable as well as professional staff. Took care of my problem, no pressure sales. Refreshing change. Will be back for additional work needed that they identified through their detailed inspection process.

The people there were very helpful n try helping me in whatever they could. I will come back to get my oil change again.
