Service was excellent and thorough. Staff was very professional and friendly and the waiting facility was very comfortable. I was provided with a excellent report of all issues found with my vehicle and was given options I could select to resolve them. I would recommend this facility and will be back for more service in the future.

Copperfield Cy-Fair area may finally have landed an auto repair business that has a crew of honest staff that are actually in business to serve the community rather then rip them off. I recently had on the road breakdown and pulled into this shop. I watched them work the problems and the phones as if I was the most important customer they had. They quoted me very reasonable rate and had me up and out of there quickly. They didn't look for other repairs to add as most all shops do and they didn't press me to spend anything more on repairs then what was required. Brian the Manager was great in communicating what repair I needed and his team was underway fixing it promptly. This is a solid crew and will no doubt gain a strong following as they build their reputation. They have the word HONEST in their company name for a reason. They are clearly pushing that approach because it defines their business practice. They earned me as a customer from here on out. Strongly recommend

I had heard about Honest-1 before, and was so excited that they opened a location in Copperfield. I was needing an oil change, and brought my car in. As a service, they performed a thorough inspection on my car, which I was so thankful for because I haven't had much maintenance done other than routine oil changes, and I'm at 90k miles. I'm always worried that there's some sort of problem that might make my car less than safe while I'm on the road. Taylor & Jerron kept me updated & gave me all the details- what aspects of my car are doing great, and what could be a safety concern down the line. Turns out, I only needed battery service! I will absolutely be bringing my car back in the future & am recommending this place to everyone! They even had a clean & comfy waiting area, clean bathrooms, free snacks and a thank you treat in my car when I checked out :)

I am very impressed with the service, care, and honesty at the Copperfield Honest-1 Auto Repair store in northwest Houston. We live a couple of hours west of Houston, but decided to take advantage of a recent trip to Houston to have our oil changed, tires rotated, and alignment checked. They found a leak in a tire which they fixed. They pointed out some unusual wear in the tires which they attributed to worn shocks. They did not pressure us to replace them then, but provided a reminder on the invoice when we checked out. Also because of the wear on the tires they suggested we not rotate the tires until we replaced the shocks. Most places I've been would have rotated the tires because we requested when we first came in. It is refreshing to have a repair shop that is honest enough to tell you want you do not need! Very Rare!

Service, Service & Service - Excellent.

This place is great! They are so helpful here and have a loyalty program for oil changes which is great! They are very good at explaining what is wrong, if anything, with your vehicle. The oil change was quick and the waiting room was painless as well with a big tv, snacks and coffee/water. Will be coming here again in the future for my auto care!

Excellent customer service! I showed up a few minutes early before they opened and was waved inside instead of being asked to wait. After talking with the gentleman at the front desk and figuring out what was going to be done. The owner was kind enough to give me a lift home. After I stepped out of the car I realized that I had given them not only my car keys, but also my house keys... Mr. Bryan called the office and requested Mr. Taylor bring me the keys. Within 5 minutes of my initial call I was back in my home. I expected to wait a solid 15-20. I would HIGHLY recommend this specific store to anyone. On top of all that I only had a miniscule charge for the work being done. I was expecting to spend a few hundred, but they keep to their name!
