Most delightful experience I've ever had with an automotive repair shop. I stopped in week before to request an estimate for tune up and other services, they printed my estimate and approximate time service would take. Arrived on a Saturday mid-morning (they close at 2 on Saturday) from the moment I walked in the door each person I spoke to was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Waiting area and entire shop clean and comfy. Staff made sure to communicate any action with me since I asked if they could check electronic door locks, also. Services requested performed perfectly. They went out of their way to find lowest cost of module needed for door locks and provided estimate as well. Mechanic did not find any unnecessary repairs like other automotive shops I've been to. Only good things to say about Honest-1. You've earned a loyal customer. Drove away highly satisfied enjoying improved performance from my car. At 96,000 miles I can make a road trip feeling confident my car wont fail me thanks to Honest-1 Auto

I went to Honest-1 when I needed to get an alignment and oil change. A little while after I dropped my car off, they called to let me know that I should wait to get an alignment till I got new tires since they were almost bald- or else I would have to get another alignment done after I got new tires. I loved that they didn't just go ahead and do an alignment since I would have easily paid for them to. I loved the waiting room- nice comfy couches and a space for the kids to play. They also have yummy complementary snacks and drinks. Also they do complementary roadside assistance for 36 months if you spend over $25 which I think is pretty awesome. When I got in my car to leave, there was a pack of cookies on my seat which which I enjoyed on my way home! Honestly it was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. I am so happy to finally find a place I can trust.

I went in for the first time this week just to get an inspection sticker. I was so impressed by the waiting area, the snacks they offered and the warm hospitality given to me for such a small service. I loved that the service tech who drove my car around to the back put down not only a floor cover, but also a seat cover before driving my car that short distance. The next day I returned for an oil change and my husband brought his pickup in for an inspection. We've found our new auto place! Bonus....their oil change was much cheaper than the ones I'd paid for the last few times. :)

Great customer service!! They are truly efficient, knowledgeable and HONEST!!! I came in with my MIL light on in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. They ran every test possible and came to me and told me that my jeep was in perfect condition. This is so unlike any other place I have gone for mechanical work. They do not try to tell you things are wrong with your vehicle that really aren't. I appreciate that as I am a woman that does not know a lot about car issues. The staff is friendly and Taylor makes you feel right at home while you are waiting on your vehicle to be finished. I would recommend Honest-1 to anybody that wants a fresh take on getting car work done. Well done guys!
