Excellent Service

Came in on Saturday 18th 2017, in the morning after a friend recommended this place. I was very impressed right from the start,clean facility with a beautiful waiting area, play area for kids, snacks and drinks provided. Not to mention the owner Brian and the technicians are knowledgeable and actually listen to your concerns. Brian listened to what I needed to be completed and I also needed a estimate for some other issues my jeep was having. Brian had his technicians Darius, Jerron and Taylor began working on my jeep running diagnostic tests to figure out all the problems. Unfortunately I had been taking my jeep to the dealership to get serviced for four years because I had purchased a warranty which unnamed dealership would never honor. Or they would tell me work couldn't be completed on weekends and we won't provide you a loaner nor a courtesy shuttle because the woodlands is way too far. I'm so glad Honest 1 Auto Care does really strive for high quality and customer service. Your employees reflect your influence beautifully. Congratulations on building such a wonderful addition to the Copperfield Community.

The place is amazing.... I never been to a automotive repair shop where I had a conversation with the owner until today and the conversation had nothing to do with the work getting done on my car. I really feel like they care about your vehicle as if it belongs to one of them I have definitely found my new mechanic

Honest 1 Auto Care took care of my car today. I highly recommend anyone to take their car repair needs to these guys. Very nice facility with a nice waiting room, friendly staff, and very straight forward on what needed to be done. You don't find all of this in this industry. Hands down, the best overall customer service experience for me in auto repair!

This is far and away the nicest auto facility around. Clean upscale interior, friendly knowledgeable staff, and fair prices.

Went in for oil change wit coupon. Had me out in 45 minutes. Didn't try to sell me ball joints, struts, brakes, cabin air filter, or other stuff i didn't need. Will come bqck.
