Great service.

My 17 year old car deserves the best car care available. I will take my 2000 Lincoln only to Honest-1 Auto Care. They keep my ride running at it's optimal and never try to sell you something you don't need. They are not in business to take advantage of you, they are in business to treat you with respect and keep you coming back time and time again. I drive over 170 miles a day and need to have a reputable Auto Repair shop and Honest-1 Auto Care is the only place for me. They have a nicest facility I've ever been. Clean, courteous and friendly. You are not treated like a number here, you are treated like family. This is not like those big named facilities that has massive turnover, this is a family owned and operated business that invest time in know their customer. Brian, Michelle and Taylor are the nicest, friendliest folks you will ever meeting in the auto care industry. Every time you come back, it's as if you are seeing family and in fact you are because that is who is running this business. They have a courtesy ride available if needed. They offer snacks and refreshments, free WiFi and have a super clean and comfortable waiting area with a nice big TV that you can actually change the channel if you so desire. I am thankful that we have this facility in the West Houston area. Thank you Brian, Michelle and Taylor for giving this part of Houston a great auto repair facility!

Low tire pressure was quickly diagnosed, communicated, and corrected. Resulting tire pressure is now at 35psi, as indicated by vehicle's onboard computer. Start to finish time was very reasonable, waiting lounge was very accommodating, with laptop computer made available during my wait.

The Professionals at Honest-1 took care of my truck in a timely manner, alerting me to the issues they had found and discussed the prognosis for my truck. The repairs were done at a "cost" I could afford. Thank you Honest-1, will be glad to refer family and friends. Do you do motorcycles?

I like using Honest-1 Auto Care. They are always very friendly to their customers and their service is fast and very honest. I never come away from Honest-1 feeling as though I have to double check anything to see if the work was actually performed as I have had too from other automotive centers. I will also use Honest-1 and highly recommend them to others.

I had a $5 off coupon for a state inspection and see this new place every time I go to Sonic next door so I figured I would give them a shot. They did a great job getting me in and out quickly and the atmosphere is nice 👍🏻

I want to thank Honest 1 auto care for providing excellent customer service and beyond. I brought my BMW in for break service, front end alignment, and inspection along with any other service needs my car was in need of. My initial contact was Taylor, instantly he made me feel like a valued customer simply because he took the time to listen to all my needs and concerns regarding my auto repair concerns. I've had in the past some very negative experiences when it came to un-needed repairs and huge bills that came along with it. So, it would be understandable why I would have cause to be a bit weary about auto repair establishments being honest with me about any diagnosis regarding my vehicle. Well, I can truly say with ease as well as thanking God for directing me in the path of Honest 1 auto care. Taylor took the time to explain and show me why the work on my car was needed...that alone gave me a sense of reassurance I had my BMW in good capable hands. I would like to show my appreciation to Brian the owner for the courtesy ride back home while my car was being serviced. I want to thank Darious who worked on my car for staying after hours going beyond and above to put my mind at ease regarding other concerns I had about my car. I also want to thank Terry and I pray I got his name correct for staying as well with his willing efforts to get my status on my dashboard reset. I want to thank Taylor the office manager for leading by example and giving excellent customer :service and support. These guys must love what they do because not once did I feel like an inconvenience to them. I say that because they had locked up the garage and the building just to open it up again to satisfy my concerns...not one of them complained or made me feel I needed to return the following day for them to look at my concerns. I highly recommend Honest-1 auto care for all your care repair needs because they naturally respresent the name of the business with great honor and respect towards their customers. I have found a permenant auto care for my BMW needs. Oh! did I mention they are truly reasonable in their prices and offered $100 off my service bill. The owners truly care about the customer. You can tell from the moment you walk in the door that it's a different atmosphere than your normal auto-body shop.
