From Tyler's courtiousness, the phenomenal mechanics in the bays lending out their expertise to Brian professionalism and business savvy state of mind; made the whole experience a memorable one leaving me in complete awe! I was completely in shicked when I was offered not only a ride home while they serviced my vehicle but actually a ride back to pick up my vehicle! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Where other places just greeted me and took my keys, the employee here (so sorry, I've forgotten his name) introduced himself and made sure I felt welcomed. He even shook my hand. Are you kidding me? This level of service seems to be nowhere else to be found these days. They have a comfortable waiting room, with coffee and other drinks, and snacks (even a gluten free one for me, which never happens!) They have a place for kids to play, and comfy sofas. They also have computers with wifi if you want to do business or browse while you wait. The whole time, the employee (again, so sorry I forgot his name) made sure I was taken care of and knew exactly what was going on with my car. I felt like a valued customer the entire time. I will definitely be telling everyone about this place and the wonderful service I received from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away.
