Not only was the work completed promptly and thoroughly, but the wait was pleasant in their dealership style waiting area, stocked with water, juice and snacks. Everything you want from a shop and at a great price. I'll definitely be back.

This place is a game changer in the auto repair industry. Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, they did not charge me for an additional issue because they did not discover the issue the first time around. I've dealt with several repair shops over the years and not one ever did a repair for free simply because they missed the issue the first time. Not only did they do that but they were extremely friendly. Taylor was very polite and professional. Darius went above and beyond when working on my car. Honest 1 has earned a lifetime customer.

I brought my wife's car here. They called and told me what the issue was and gave me the price. A few hours later I called to get an update. Taylor told me they had discovered another issue and they was fixing that. The shocking part was Taylor said that because they didn't discover the issue the first time, they weren't going to charge me. I've been to several repair shops over the years and not one ever did a repair for free simply because they missed the issue the first time around. On top of that an unexpected issue came up and Taylor and Darius stayed late, on a Friday, to correct the issue. Honest 1 is definitely a game changer in the auto repair industry. They earned a lifetime customer and I will recommend them to everyone.

I've been there atleast 5 times now and they have been great. They explain everything thoroughly and are patient in explaining over again. Friendly staff and nice clean waiting area.

I love this place they are so professional and I didn't feel as tho they just wanted to get money out of me showed me the problem first then gave me options. Even got a cheaper price for fixing my a.c. thank god. A little bit more pricey but you get what you pay for love it
