This is the first time I try car service at Honest auto care. Their customer service is excellent. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Service is professional. I barely write reviews for anything but I couldn’t resist to leave one good review for this place to show my appreciation for their service.

I'm was happy to find this business. The first time I did business here was for registration, but I was impressed with the customer service. Then, I read the reviews which won me over. Sometime it's just the little things, like honesty.

They provided a quick and honest estimate. They completed service more quickly than anticipated. The price was exactly as quoted, and not a penny more. I will use them again without question.

Combined, we have Honest-1 repair/maintain 6 personal and business vehicles. They are extremely reliable and broadly experienced in what they do. Anthony has been the key communicator in discussing advise, ideas and always willing to give tips if we want to do some of our own basic repairs or some troubleshooting. His integrity and passion for this work shows thru how he gives his customer service. Every person we have ever been in contact with at Honest-1 has been professional and polite and always gives close careful attention. The lobby and waiting area are well kept and it smells great in there. They care all around and pay attention to details. We feel fortunate to have a mechanic shop like Honest-1 close within our community, making it very convenient. We run our own small business and we appreciate the value in the service they offer. We understand that with them (as is for us) pricing is reflective of the quality and integrity of the service they provide. In the end, it holds the most value of what you’re paying when you can trust the person whose hands you are leaving your repairs to, while knowing they will stand behind their work. Wow! This place is fast to fix your vehicle. I had to bring in my 2018 Chevy Colorado for a new starter motor, since it didn't want to start. I was expecting to be honest for it to be done until a week or more, like other mechanics I've been to would usually finish around, for a simple thing compared to this. But it just took up to about 3 to 4 days. Which they do let you know around how long it will take for them to work on it, I'm just surprised. LOL. Now, I can get back on the road! Such a great experience! Will definitely come back for any other issues on my truck. Faster than I expected. Great service!
