Unprofessional, scammers. I took my car for diagnostic, they kept it for 5 days. They can’t figure out what’s wrong with the car. Finally I told them to just bill me so I can pick it up. I paid $175 including towing. When I got the car back at home, I opened the hood only to find out nothing is put back together even the spark plugs. Seems like they haven’t done anything but took my money.
Hey Mohammad, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with us. However, I find it unfortunate to see that you feel like you got scammed and that we were unprofessional. Incidences such as these are why our incoming calls are recorded so that I can go back and listen to each conversation and take corrective action as needed with our employees. So I went back through your ticket and listened to the conversations between you and our Center Manager. Your initial call was on 3/23 (Friday) at 9:45 AM seeking assistance with a tow on a vehicle that would not start, which our Center Manager gladly assisted you with and lined up that tow truck. At 4:05 PM on the same day you called for an update, and we informed you that we were not able to look at your vehicle yet, and that it most likely would be Saturday before we had a chance to look at it due to previously scheduled appointments. On 3/24 (Saturday) at 4:09 PM you returned a call from our Center Manager and that was when he informed you that you had low compression in each of your cylinders. You were measuring between 30 - 40 psi in each cylinder and your engine should measure no less than 100 psi. You were informed what could cause low compression in an engine and discussed the cost and risk of going internal into the engine versus replacing the engine. Explanations of your vehicle’s issue was precise and extremely professionally delivered. At this point I heard you mention that the value of the vehicle was most likely less than the cost of going into the engine or replacing the motor, to which we agreed with. You were invoiced $75.00 for the tow and $95.00 for the diagnostics, which included all starting system components being tested and a compression test done on each cylinder of your engine. The vehicle sat in our parking lot for three more days till you were able to have it towed away. I know that hearing your vehicle has suffered an engine failure is not want any customer wants to hear, but at no time did I witness an unprofessional approach to dealing with your vehicle issue. Feel free to contact me at 281-968-4755 to discuss and ask for Brian. I do apologize for the spark plugs not being put back in from the cylinder testing. This matter will be discussed with our staff and not happen in the future.
