Appreciate the knowledgable and courtious staff. The employees are attentative and truly understand what may be required and never try to upsell you. They also provide a very reasonable cost for the work performed and having the ability to simply call and make an appointment has made it convenient. I drive out of my way to come to this location and will continue to do so for all my vehicles. Would definately recommend.

I can’t express how amazing they are! I had experienced dishonesty when it came to purchasing my car. I was nervous on where to take it given it was such a complicated situation. After taking it to them I have a whole new view on the automotive industry. Brian took such good care of my car. I really felt like they care of the cars as if they were their own. They make getting cars serviced wonderful, even when you have to bring the kiddos! They have a nice clean waiting area and even a large play area for kids complete with toys, a chalk board, table and chairs, and a playmat. AND they have a clean restroom and snacks and drinks. The customer service is wonderful as well! We'll be back for all our car care needs for sure.

My wife had a part fail on her Jeep and left her somewhat stranded. One call to Honest -1 Auto Care is all it took to correct the problem and get back on the road. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the problematic part and treated us great. Taylor kept us informed of issue and the estimated time of completion. I also met Brian the owner. Both Taylor and Brian treated us with dignity and respect. My vehicle (2011 Honda Pilot) has been serviced there by the previous owner who took excellent care of it and they immediately remembered the customer and the vehicle. I came in for an oil change . They checked out the whole car and found out that my battery was about to die. They replaced it and now I am very happy camper! I love their friendly honest talk . I will definitely go back to them for all my car needs! Taylor is extremely good and very friendly!
